Dr. Bre is passionate about helping people move past traumatic experiences and emotional woundedness to be the empowered, victorious, successful individuals they were born to be, personally and professionally. She has a successful track record of helping leaders understand how past traumas and unhealed wounds impact their capacity to maximally engage team members and build high performing teams. She provides audiences specific, practical, and transformative strategies to get immediate results to manifest long-term change as individuals, professionals, and leaders. She is skillful at helping her client identify self-limiting beliefs and self-defeating behaviors that undermine personal and professional success.
Dr. Bre, is a Doctor of Management specializing in Organizational Leadership, has a Master of Business Administration in Global Management Strategies. and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with minor in Organizational Leadership. She is the President of Epitome’ Consulting Services (ECS), a Coaching, HR Consulting, and Leadership Education firm in Atlanta, Georgia, and is experienced in both national and international markets.
As an ordained evangelist who has overcome many emotional traumas in her life, Dr. Bre learned firsthand that holding on to past hurts and disappointments greatly undermines one’s ability to be all God created them to be. She founded Proverbial Peace Revived (501c3), a community outreach ministry to educate and equip individuals to release and forgive the wounds of the past to walk in destiny.
Dr. Bre has appeared as a regular guest on Atlanta’s FM104.1 radio broadcast, “Business in the Black”; local gospel network television, Atlanta 57 Alive as an empowerment expert and life coach; is a regular contributor to ‘Be Well Community’ magazine; and has been listed among Atlanta’s Who’s Who. She is the host of “Dr. Bre’s Wisdom Corner”Podcast, a go-to forum for the professional woman of faith, who realize she is meant for greater than she has accepted in life and wants to step into her Proverbs 31 inner woman of authority at work, in the community, in the church, and at home.
